Hara and Joints – Posture and Movement

I don’t know if you saw a Fight Science by the National Geographic Channel (can be downloaded as a torrent file), but they use scientific principles to analyze the bio-mechanics of various martial arts. The ninjitsu master had nearly zero ‘sway’ (degree of personal center of gravity) fascinating look at how we can affect this these.
